  Product Description   Waterborne Epoxy White Primer   Product Introduction Waterborne epoxy white primer has strong adhesion, low VOC and small odor. It’s safe, environmental, non-toxic, and has loose demand on construction environment.   Technical Data Viscosity: 900-1500 m Pa·s Solid content:45-55% pH:8-9   Product Advantage 1. Excellent mechanical properties, e.g. 0 H of adhesion, 2 to 3 H of hardness.  2. Good adhesion between the layers. 3. Easy to control during construction. 4. Waterborne, non-toxic, environmental.   Application The chassis of electronic products, e.g. mobile phone, computer.   Applicable Range The chassis made of aluminum or magnalium.   Construction Condition 1.      Substrate: make sure there is no greasy dirt nor dust on the substrate of aluminum or magnalium (passivated or not passivated). 2.      The temperature should be 5°C or higher, the relative humidity should be 85% or less.   Construction Technology 1.      Clean the substrate Clear greasy dirt on the surface away with cleaning agent or alcohol. 2.      Paint waterborne epoxy white primer Knife coating or spray coating according to the required thickness. 3. As for the not passivated substrate, bake it under 150°C for 5 minutes, then let it be air dry. For the passivated substrate, let it be cured under room temperature.   Attention 1.        The greasy dirt on the substrate should be cleaned away. Otherwise, the adhesion will be influenced.   2.        When knife coating or spray coating, the painting amount should be based on the required thickness 30-35um. Otherwise, too thin film decrease the adhesion.   3.        Before paint, stir component A to be level, then match A with B strictly with the ratio A:B=4:1, mix them evenly. Use it after 3 to 5 minutes.   4.  The amount for stirring once should be controlled based on the practical construction speed. Too much amount is not advisable. The paint should be run out in one hour. The leftover paint cannot be poured back into the original package. The mixture   should be stired evenly and waited for a while, it should be used after 15 minutes.   A component belongs to waterbase coatings which should not be polluted by organic   solvents, B component should not be diluted by water.   The coatings which has been mixed should be used in 4 hours, unfinished coat can’t   be poured back into the previous package, it should be stoped using if appears thickened.   The coatings should not be over-diluted no matter spary coat or roller coat in order to   protect propertys of the film.   Pay attention to the labor protection during the construction.   Safety   Keep the circulation of air during construction.   Use protective masks, gloves and other protective tools to prevent skin or eyes from   being contaminated and nose being absorped over amount of coating frog.   Using lots of water to wash eyes if contaminated and ask doctors for help.   Cover the tops of the products during the construction rest.   Keep the products away from the children.
