Remove the impurity materials like dust and oil stain. Fill up the gaps between the wood with putty. If the cement flooring or cement mortar flooring has been maintained for 4 weeks, sand the surface of the base material (flooring) evenly. Remove the dust, rust, oil stain and Other impurity materials for 4 weeks protective. If there is crack or damage, mend it with the material that is the same as the base material. Then maintain it for at least one week.   Guidance for Construction Procedure l For wood Step one is to treat the surface of the wood. Step two is to coat the waterborne high glossy epoxy varnish twice or more. l For floor Step one is to coat the surface paint. Step two is to coat the waterborne glossy epoxy varnish once when the surface paint is dry.   Storage They should be stored under dry and cool place. The expiry date is 12 months under the normal temperature(20°C/68°F).    Packaging & Shipping A component: 20 kg plastic drum B component: 5 kg plastic drum They should be stored under dry,shadow and cool place and the expiry date is 12 months under the normal temperature(20 °C/68 )   Attention l         The rollers,brushes and other tools should be soaked into the water for about 5 minutes before constuction.   l         Component A and B should be mixed correctly and stired evenly before construction. Choose the ratio of dilution according to the temperature and humidity. Viscosity should be made as the requirements. The mixture should be stired evenly and used after 15 minutes.   l         Component A is waterbased coating which should not be polluted by organic solvents,     component B should not be diluted by water.   l         The mixed coating should be used in 1 hour, unfinished coating can’t be poured into the previous package.
