HMP-1002A   Water based PU Resin For Top Coating       HMP-1002A is is type of the high-tech product with many years’ research. It is the excellence upgraded material for water-base Wooden Paint.   1. Composition and Making Method   The product is made by choosing the high quality polyester polyol as the raw material, using the advance euipment and special technolog. Main usage   Mains used in producing water-base repairs the paint, wooden paint and rubber paint with the properties like decorative and extending the service life.   6. compounding   Using water-base auxiliaries to concoct water-base paint and deionized water as diluent.

7. Use-method   Add 90% the product, 3% film-forming agent, , right amount of the water and a little waterbase auxiliaries, for example, water-base antifoaming agent, slip agent and Wetting Agent which can make gloss paint, half-gloss paint, matt paint and primer. Disperse the mixture evenly and then pack the product. The auxiliaries must be water-base which can mix with HMP-1002A. The whole amount of the auxiliaries should not be over 4%. Add auxiliaries as required and disperse evenly

8. Storage and transportation   The product should be stored in the sealed container during the tempreture of 5-35°C in the shed place. The quality warranty is 2 years. The product can be transported by highway, railway, shipment and airplane, avoid sunlight,rain and water. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damaging the pakage. Don’t put the leaking product back.   9. Package specification: 25KG. 200KG drum   10. Methods for cleaning up: Wash with water or suds in case of contact.
