HMP1302 Waterborne PU Resin       Product Introduction   HMP1302 is a high-grade waterborne PU resin made with imported raw material, and designed with special process. Its flexibility is excellent with high gloss, no gloss lost, no yellowing. HMP1302 is suitable for surface varnish for specialty paper, rubber and plastic. It can also be applied to soaking and dyeing process of nylon, polypropylene and polyester. It makes the finished product has good adhesion, fireproofing, waterproofing, resistant to abrasion and corrosion, smooth and flexible, no static.       How to apply   l         A moderate amount of waterbased assistants, e.g. Wetting Agent, defoamer and Flatting Agent can be added based on practical situation before using the product.   l         Roller coating and Other methods are recommended, the coating weight can be decided based on the equipments and construction methods.   l         Viscosity can be adjusted according to the coating method and requirements.   l         60-100°C for stoving is recommended. It can be adjusted according to the coating method and requirements.   l         The substrates can be films like PET, OPP, cables for ships and cloth.       Remarks   l         The viscosity can be adjusted based on the construction method. The product can be diluted with deionized water. The viscosity of coating can be promoted with waterbased thickener like the   associative thickener.       l         The product is waterborne anionic. Color paste or additive can be added except acidic and cationic material.   l         Rotating speed should be lower than 800 RPM if it needs to be stirred.       Package and Storage   Package: 50 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum.   Storage: It should be stored air tightly in a dry and cool place under 2-35 °C.
