HMP1301 Waterborne PU Resin Product Introduction   HMP1301 is an environmently friendly high-tech product made with imported raw material, and latestly designed with special process, so its properties are excellent.HMP1301 is high gloss, resistant to scratch and resistant to bend, non-yellowing. The content of VOC meets the standard, no suspected benzene. Its ink adaptability is excellent. BYD1301 is mainly applied to primer and varnish for transfer paper, offset and silk screen UV printing ink, gravure oil ink, etc.       Technical Data

      How to apply   l         A moderate amount of waterbased assistants, e.g. Wetting Agent, defoamer and Flatting Agent can be added based on practical situation before using the product.   l         Roller coating and Other methods are recommended, the coating weight can be decided based on the equipments and construction methods.   l         Viscosity can be adjusted according to the coating method and requirements.   l         60-100°C for stoving is recommended. It can be adjusted according to the coating method and requirements.   l         It is suitable for most kinds of substrates, except PVC.       Remarks   l         The viscosity can be adjusted based on the construction method. The product can be diluted with deionized water. The viscosity of coating can be promoted with waterbased thickener like the   associative thickener.       l         The product is waterborne anionic. Color paste or additive can be added except acidic and cationic material.   l         Film-forming additive should be added when the product is drying under 25°C.       Package and Storage   Package: 50 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum.   Storage: It should be stored air tightly in a dry and cool place under 2-35 °C.
