  Water based Acrylic Emuslion HMP3998     Product Description    Styrene Acrylate Copolymer Emulsion HMP3998 Product introduction HMP-3998 is a type of styrene acrylic resin, it has small particle size, moderate viscosity,  diligency emulsion film, good elastic, water resistance, resistance to wash, alkali resistance.
