  HMP-1504 waterborne macromolecule adhesive for conductive coating   Composition and Characteristic HMP-1504 is waterborne adhesive that belong to anionic water-borne polyurethane. It has performance advantages as high-temperture resistant, excellent flexibility and adhesion.   How to apply      1.Prepare for the base material like EPR. 2.Mixing ten minutes under the condition of 600~800 revolution per minute, and stewing 5 to 10 minutes before using stainless steel wire or polyamides with 150 mesh to filter. 3. Cleaning the surface of EPR with alcohol before coating. 4. Spray coating or dip coating. 5. Increase film thickness and dry. 6. Base coat: 10u-15u, baking for 1 hour during 100°C-110°C.   Attention  1.        Store in a dark, tightly sealed during 5°C-35°C.  2.        Wash it with water if pour-out.  3.      Spray gun, strainer, container are all dedicated and must be cleaned with ionized water.   We can appropriately adjust resistance and viscosity according to clients’ requirement.         Company Information        Tianyi Chemical Engineering Material Co., Ltd,located in Shunde,Guangdong,China.
