Over 90% of this resin with 3% (above or below) of film-forming assistants and little waterbase assistants(high-gloss coatings,semi-gloss coatings, matt coatings and primer can be produced by adding some waterbase defoaming agents, flatting agents, wetting agents etc), appropriate amount water, it can be packed and used after dispersing evenly, all types of chemical assistants must be water-base type and must be dissolved with resin.
