  Product Description Waterborne Epoxy Waterproof Paint   Product Introduction Waterborne epoxy waterproof paint has low VOC and small odor. It’s safe, environmental, non-toxic. It has excellent sealing and waterproof effect, strong adhesion, and loose demand on construction environment.   Technical Data Viscosity: 2500-3500 m Pa·s Solid content:40-50% pH:8-9   Product Advantage 1. Waterborne, non-toxic, environmental.   Application Factories, plants, workshop for electricity and medicine, super market, parking lot, food production base, sports center, etc.   Applicable Range New or old concrete floor, abrasive aggregate floor.   Construction Condition 1.        Requirements on substrate: the basic strength of the new or old floor should be at least C25. The lately burnt concrete floor should be maintained for at least 28 days. The flakes, pot holes, grooves should be fixed up with epoxy mortar, let it get dry for at 2 to 5 days according to the repairing thickness. Clear the coating, greasy dirt, pumice away on the surface of old concrete floor, because they will influence the performance of waterborne floor paint. 2.        The moisture content of the substrate should be lower than 9%. 3.        The temperature should be 5°C or higher, the relative humidity should be 85% or lower.   Construction Technology 1.      Clean the substrate Clear rubbish and dust on the substrate away with besom, keep the floor clean and tidy. 2.      Polish the substrate Polish the substrate to be level with polisher, clear the coating, greasy dirt on the surface away. The greasy dirt which cannot be cleaned with polisher can be cleared away with cleaning agent. Please note that the substrate should be washed, then constructed when completely dry. 3.      Fix the substrate Fix the grooves on the substrates to be level with epoxy mortar. 4.      Paint waterborne epoxy waterproof paint (Component A matches Component B is 4:1) Paint the primer with brush or roller, paint 8-9 M/kg.   Attention 1.        The floor should not be painted until it meets the construction requirements. Otherwise, the lack of substrate strength will influence the coating strength and Other problems will arise .   2.        The substrate should be polished to be level, the dust and greasy dirt should be removed completely. Otherwise, the gloss of film will be reduced, the film will bubble and blister.   3.        Before paint, stir component A to be level, then match A with B strictly with A:B=4:1, mix them evenly. Use it after 3 to 5 minutes.   4.        The amount for stirring once should be controlled based on the practical construction speed. Too much amount is not advisable. The paint should be run out in one hour. The leftover paint cannot be poured back into the original package. Otherwise, the coating will be thicker and out of run.   5. Paint the paint for the second time after at least 24 hours. The mixture   should be stired evenly and waited for a while, it should be used after 15 minutes.   A component belongs to waterbase coatings which should not be polluted by organic   solvents, B component should not be diluted by water.   The coatings which has been mixed should be used in 4 hours, unfinished coat can’t   be poured back into the previous package, it should be stoped using if appears thickened.   The coatings should not be over-diluted no matter spary coat or roller coat in order to   protect propertys of the film.   Pay attention to the labor protection during the construction.   Safety   Keep the circulation of air during construction.   Use protective masks, gloves and other protective tools to prevent skin or eyes from   being contaminated and nose being absorped over amount of coating frog.   Using lots of water to wash eyes if contaminated and ask doctors for help.   Cover the tops of the products during the construction rest.   Keep the products away from the children.
